Sometimes the state of the world makes me sad, so I turn inside
and my heart - forever expanding and contracting
offers me absolute truth and sets me on my one true path.
Steady in my dharma - I am free.

oh, i wish i were more flexible!
I miss my full yoga classes. We had a fire at our studio, so rebuilding. Still working at home.
